QUALIFICATIONS

"When new labels are printed, the name and address of the importer/ bottler must be changed to read exactly the same as the name or trade name on the basic permit. See 27 CFR 5.66, 27 CFR 5.67, & 27 CFR 5.68" (The preposition "BY" is always used to link the company name to the address, not the word "AT". Center right panel of label, above the alcohol content, proof, net content, and batch number: Replace "AT" with "BY" so the name/address statement reads "GROWN, DISTILLED, MATURED + BOTTLED BY FREY RANCH FALLON, NEVADA" when labels are printed)
Please note that this approval is for the single label attached to this COLA. No other labels may appear on the container.
TTB has not reviewed this label for type size, characters per inch or contrasting background. The responsible industry member must continue to ensure that the mandatory information on the actual labels is displayed in the correct type size, number of characters per inch, and on a contrasting background in accordance with the TTB labeling regulations, 27 CFR parts 4, 5, 7, and 16, as applicable.
