Don Chingon Sabe - The cool guy. bell culebra la chingona means rattle snake. Piloncillo is an ingredient made by boiling sugar cane juice until it thickens into a syrup, then pouring it into molds to harden. desde means since. The name piloncillo (literally ¿pylon¿) refers to the conical shape it often takes, though it can also be sold in blocks or loaves. Also known as panela or panocha, this sweetener is often referred to as Mexican brown sugar because of its deep, molasses-y flavor. Pilon means "pylon" in english. Chancaca is unprocessed brown sugar.
